Saturday, April 22, 2023 - Age has thickened up the flavour a bit. Still brilliantly clear, clean enticing nose, quite rich in mouth, acid balance just right. Showing a bit of its ripe vintage, probably at peak.

edit after an hour: getting better, flavour more defined, lovely.
