Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - La paulee 2023. Last 1er cru down the slope from Boudriottes, south of Chassagne. Ruch soils better suited for reds. Caroline nailed this one too, nutty, honey and yellow fruits, rich, mineral and long. Really outstanding for the location.
