Friday, April 28, 2023 - Steak Dinner with Great Wine (Asador Bastian - Chicago IL): This is most likely Iteration 21 based on its disgorgement date, which makes it mostly from 2002 with 1999/1997 reserve and 55% Chardonnay. Elegant and coy to start, this delivers a long, more robust finish. Wonderfully fresh.
