Saturday, April 29, 2023 - On the nose- Big dark fruit, dark red fruit, dark cherries, dark blackberries, dark briary strawberry, peach preserves, berry pie jam, cinnamon, sweet tobacco, red flowers, herbs, baking spice

On the palate- Big dark fruit and dark red fruit, dark cherries and dark blackberries, dark briary strawberry and peach preserves, berry pie jam and cinnamon, sweet tobacco and red flowers, herbs and a nice baking spice note. This wine is drinking KILLER now but needs about 30+ min if not longer to really open up and show its stuff. I see this being able to age another 5-7 years if not longer with no problem at all.
