Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Juicy, aromatic, good length, slightly tart, slightly tannic, just barely full bodied, nice balance of fresh juice and extraction, ready at PnP but better on day 2, elderberry currant hibiscus balsamic white pepper ripe wild strawberry hint of coconut. Plenty of depth.
