Saturday, May 16, 2009 - This was almost carbonated when opened. I have will see if this blows off tomorrow but for now I cant even come close to evaluating this wine. I have noticed this "spritz" in the 2006 Amor Fou as well and I am starting to wonder about problems in 2006 at Red Car whenit comes to Pinot and maybe some extra fermentation in bottle... Maybe a good question for Carol....
