Tuesday, May 9, 2023 - Bottle heavy at 1380g. Moderately intense aromas, lemon, oyster liquor, something vegetal. Dry, with elevated, bright acidity, medium-bodied, 13.5% abv. Juicy on the palate, the fruit giving way to a dry, saline finish with some phenolic bitterness.
