Thursday, May 11, 2023 - (Day 3) - color: pale ruby; nose: stewed strawberries; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, tastes of red fruit and dried herbs (thyme?) with black pepper on the finish, medium acidity, light+ tannins; overall: pleasant HH or picnic wine, still drinking well as of Spring 2023, pairs well with smoked duck breast, good QPR
