Monday, May 15, 2023 - Pale ruby in the glass. Quite tight on the nose, wasn't decanted on the tasting, so couldn't smell shit. This is all primary fruit, both on the nose and palate. It's quite tight, with harsh tannins and sky high acidity. Would like to come back to this in a few years for sure.
