Tuesday, May 23, 2023 - Drunk to accompany roast chicken. Opened and poured. A delicious bottle of pinot noir, for me one of the best from Oregon. Medium cherry colour. Good nose, strawberries, spice, some earthiness. The palate is very smooth and subtly rich, lovely tannins. Very enjoyable.
