Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Bubbles are starting to fade, color is getting deeper, aromas and flavors getting more evolved and the texture silkier. Drinking wonderfully now, but I don't think it has many more years ahead.

I appreciate your many notes on wonderful (and sometimes less so) Champagne bottles.
