Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - Chablis copy - nose rock smoke and flint, crystalline minerality and lime, wet rocks, hint of toasted nut, lemon custard, precision and focus!
2-3 more years would be perfection, acid still m+ and taut.
Pithy, reductive, precise, and racy.
