Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Nose: tobacco, dark fruit, tar, ink, herbal
Palate: grippy tannins, blueberries, toothpaste, mineral, dry dirt earthy taste. Good length & acidity. Drank very nicely whilst eating a rib eye steak.
