Friday, June 16, 2023 - Bottle 1324g. Aromas of elevated intensity, including tart red and black fruit, a little sweet spice. Dry, with elevated fresh acidity, medium-bodied, 13% abv, modest tannins, dark fruit. A little reserved: it may need some time to open up.... After 45 minutes, the wine is opening up, showing some of the intoxicating perfume I've come to expect from this producer.
