Friday, July 7, 2023 - PNP into Riedel Performance Pinot Noir glass (“Flower” day): Pale ruby to the eyes.

Organic red cherries and some plummy notes. Florals and savoury notes too. Hints of reduction that blew off in glass.

Good balance of acidity and minerality, alongside focus of both primary and secondary flavors on the palate.

Pretty nice style overall indeed. 93-94 points.
