Saturday, July 8, 2023 - Decanted 30 min to pair with burgers on the grill. Deep ruby in the glass. Med+ nose of blackberry, vanilla spice, and smoke. Very new world, extracted fruit, linear path of evolution. Med+ acidity, Med+ flavor intensity and finish all very balanced. Ripe med tannins integrating well. Drink now or cellar for a few more years to watch it evolve further.
