Monday, July 10, 2023 - 2h decant, 17C, with grilled club steak. Great match with the red meat.
Dark wild berries, black pepper, Coke, cassis, graphite. Big n powerfull. Like dark rum of good quality at the end. Hard core tannins that really grips, and acidity./All in balance and a wow wine!
Last bottle. Should seek out for more!
