Thursday, July 13, 2023 - Clear pale gold colour, dry fine mouse, lively wine in the glass. On the nose picking up brioch white peach, yeast - zero dosage but ripeness of fruit comes through to balance the natural sweetness of the wine. Reminds me of many elements of vintage champagne with yeast brioche and toast. Long dry finish. Wine of the night in a BdB line up.
