Sunday, July 23, 2023 - Chosen to go with this years first picking of chanterelles. What a wine! Lovely aroma of raspberries, white pepper and a small hint of smoke. Really elegant with luxurious red berries on the palate, chambolle’esque elegance. Acidity is just perfect, a superb match with the mushrooms tonight!
