Friday, July 28, 2023 - Third and last bottle. There has been a consistent explosive, though very well balanced & complex flavor with seemingly a different flavor present in each sip. Plum, garrigue, cherry, among others. Some pepper hints sneak in occasionally. Mouthfeel is on the acidic side but the only blemish is a bit of heat at the end. Third night was just as remarkable as the first. This was definately a WOW experience.
