Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - Uva Wines portfolio tasting (Oinoscent): A plot of very old vines on the most beautiful terroirs of Verzé.
Aging 10% in barrels and 90% in stainless steel vats, over a total period of 22 months. Low filtration at bottling.

The wine is smooth, filled with fresh ripe fruit, thin oak frame, almond, round
Palate fresh, tight, juicy, lemon, lime, quince, mandarin, orange notes, med acidity, long finish
