Saturday, July 29, 2023 - Tasted after a 30 minute decant.
Pale to medium ruby in colour with initial aromas of earth transitioning to lovely, floral red fruit. On the palate, light to medium bodied tart & juicy red fruit, strawberry & red cherry, somewhat floral, medium acidity, low tannins with a medium finish to slightly spicy strawberry purée & a hint of chalky minerality. Nice light & fresh wine for a warm summers day!

I prefer when they blend this with Nero d'Avola as it adds complexity.
