Monday, July 31, 2023 - 2016 base, still young and has huge potential. Very tight and concentrated upon opening with strong brioche/yeasty nose. Minerality forward. It soon transitioned into fruit, and then almond, then honeyed floral. Great wine and paired wonderfully with seafood.
