Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Wild salmon to copper in color. Very interesting for a rose that’s evolved. Nose of caramel, creme brûlée, vanilla, baked pastry, strawberry, and a hint of cherry. Smooth on entry and tartness crescendos into a dry tart finish. Flavors of strawberry, tart cherry, and finishes with green apple. Very complex and has aged well.
