Sunday, August 13, 2023 - Fantastic! According to the notes, we were a year past the "Drink By" date, but it was still a great bottle.
The nose had a white pepper and spice cabinet flavor. The mouth feel was slightly dry, with an earthy-tannin taste on the back of my pallet. Up front I was getting dark fruit/jammy tastes.
Really wished we had more than the one bottle!
