Friday, August 18, 2023 - Slightly overrated Bordeaux here. It was sold to me as a Cab-based blend, but tasted more Merlot-based. Obviously, it could benefit from more aging. Not as structured as I'd hoped, but still with the richness and silky palate you expect.

So you are correct, there is a high percentage of Merlot in this wine.
