Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Cassis, redcurrants, some pluminess on the nose. This is complex with herbaceousness, floral notes, cool menthol but no heat.

On the palate, this is well balanced with silky and fine tannins, good freshness and a creamy texture. There is so much depth and nuances including above mentioned fruits, yeast, spiciness, smoked meat, dark chocolate and mineral. Oak is present and well integrated, there is so much palate authority here and finishes over a minute long. The complexity and nuances just grow and grow in the glass.
