Thursday, July 27, 2023 - Received a partial bottle from my Oenophile neighbor.
14.4% abv

Had a sip. Dark cherry red on the pour, semi-transluscent in the glass. Lovely nose of cherry and dark red fruit. Cherry and cassis on the palate with Cola notes and vanilla. Exceptionally smooth and silky with pleasant mouth feel. Moderate acidity and prominate tannins. Nice lingering finish. An Elegant wine.
