Friday, August 18, 2023 - Remove from the cellar 4 hour prior to a single venturi decant. Had with tomato tart, Mediterranean green beans and halibut. This wine is now an easy match for most foods. Elegant dark fruit and raspberry notes. Plenty of dark fruits remaining on the palate with well integrated oak and tannins. This wine easily has a year or 2 in it yet. Enjoy!
