A great match for my wife’s slow-cooked roast beef with root vegetables. Long and meaningful finish that enhances and complements the evening’s other flavors.
I met Billo and a few of his key staff in Walla Walla last June. He’s bright, creative and focused with a ready and welcoming smile. There’s no doubt they love what they’re doing, and it clearly shows in this cuvée.
