Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Delicious and juicy. Nice mix of blue ans blacks fruit with a firm spine of acidity. Peppery ans spicy on the palate. Chalky tannins coat the mouth. Shows a rather narrow profile with the higher acidity—to me this make it mouthwatering and refleshing. Others may prefer when it’s older and a bit softer.
