Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Talk about a wine being in its sweet spot, this was singing after 20 minutes in the decanter with a beguiling aroma of garrigue, leather, pepper, and cut wood. All dark berries and a bit savory on the palate, with some bitter chocolate and meaty flavors. It was great to get this for <$100 some years back, but it's still a good value at $150-175 IMO
