Saturday, September 9, 2023 - This wine unsurprisingly presented quite closed on the nose and palate but over time revealed a primary nose of lime, white peach, lemon zest, thyme, petrichor and slate rock. The palate was similarly tight yet demonstrated a sense of purity and intensity balanced by a long and zesty finish. This will all develop much further with plenty of time with all the needed components evident.
