Sunday, September 10, 2023 - Ready now with a 20-30 minutes of air. We let it open in the glass. Upon opening a strong nose of vanilla and popcorn from the oak. This faded and left behind black cherries, plum, ripe black fruits. Full bodied, medium-long finish. Smooth tannins and great balance. Great wine.
