Friday, September 15, 2023 - I just got one of these at a huge deal. This Rosé is really beautiful and still quite young. The wine pours with small to medium bubbles, strawberry nougat, gooseberry cream, white chocolate chip, cheese blossoms. Just gorgeous. Finishes crisp and yet dense and thick with good minerality and salinity. This one will sit for years and continue to get more complex as the years go by!
