Friday, September 15, 2023 - May 2022 disgorgement. Very expressive nose with orange notes, grapefruit, apple, minerals, and lemon. Lovely acidity with very interesting and continuously changing flavors of lemon, citrus zest, dried flowers, ginger, and minerals on the palate. Very long finish. Wow, this was outstanding! Beautiful, deep, and complex wine that blossomed with air.
