Sunday, July 16, 2023 - Tasted at a restaurant as part of a flight of dessert wines. It was phenomenal & stood out toweringly among a young sauternes and new world late-harvest wine. Nose: caramel, dark chocolate, wood shavings, and faint dried fruit and flowers. Taste: butterscotch & caramel were the main flavors with nuttiness, chocolate and orange too. Outstanding smoothness and complexity.
