Enjoyed over several hours there was barely any evolution on nose or palate.
Nose of lime blossom and Kaffir, sea breeze, acacia blossom, faint trace of spice, wet clay.
Lime juice and lemon with a hint of young pineapple and some buttery nuances on the palate which has quite a pungent, flinty, saline mineralite. Very nice.
