Monday, September 25, 2023 - Similar notes from this past June. Started bright light yellow and got more golden (not dark) with air, this has rapier acidity combined with classic Chablis stone, salt and citrus. A bit of white flower showed up at the end but very faint. I will hold my last couple bottles for longer. This one is going to get better for at least a couple years.
