Friday, September 29, 2023 - PnP, a great food wine. Really improved over the next 60-90 minutes. Opens with aromas of dark plum, sage, herbs, violets. Very aromatic. Loaded with flavor showing ripe cherry, raspberry, cranberry, floral, herbs, plum and cedar. Medium body with a silky texture and bright acidity leading to a seamless finish.
