Friday, September 29, 2023 - Decanted 3 hours - a fair amount of fine sludge. Big grenache aromas of searing raspberries and some wild strawberry. Enormous palate of sweet black cherry and raspberry fruit, some smoke, a bit of minerally earth with plenty of acidity on the finish that says this has a easy 3-5 years at prime. Not for the faint of heart, but totally delicious and hedonistic. 92-93
