Monday, October 2, 2023 - Probably my imagination , but this bottle feels more integrated than the last two . Popped and poured at 40 degrees F. The nose is shy. Palate is beautifully balanced with good acidity for food as the dominant feature Finish goes on. Paired with pesto pasta .
