Saturday, September 30, 2023 - Pnp. Terrific El Dorado count Syrah with some age to it. Dry dark in the glass, deep purple. Nice nose of black plum, and some tobacco/leather. Great silky mouthfeel, and for being 10 hrs old, still had nice plum and blueberry flavors, with the tobacco following. Very enjoyable. I’d say this has a year at most in a peak drinking window.
