Sunday, October 15, 2023 - Decanted for 2 hours. Dark, quite dense, deep flavors of dark fruits, oak, vanilla, touch of chocolate, tannins are quite well softened. Went well with grilled burgers and cabbage salad. Nice example of the benefits of letting a bottle sit.
