Saturday, October 14, 2023 - Very enjoyable estate grown Counoise. Light purple in the glass, nice nose of violets/ floral notes. Some strawberry. On the palate, I got the violets and the strawberry and some pepper notes. Very bright. Nice mouth feel, and really good acidity that went great with grilled chicken. Really nice wine, Holly’s Hill is pretty consistently good with their Rhône varietals.
