Tuesday, October 24, 2023 - Fine and detailed – aromatically and on the palate. I ordinarily don't associate yellow apple, apricot, or just-ripe banana characteristics with precise / delineated wines, and yet here I do, as these elements are intertwined with salinity, baking spices, snap peas, spring meadow flowers, and beautiful acidity. Vibrant and long on the palate – a focused laser beam of a wine that's not the least bit austere! – I am totally digging this.
