Thursday, October 26, 2023 - Similar to its cousin, the Passolento, but not as complex or interesting. Much less almond and beeswax, more citrus-forward, with some layers of pear or lychee. Good acidity and nice medium body with some unctuousness. Orange and pineapple on the finish.
