Monday, October 23, 2023 - Allowed to breathe in glass 1 hour. Clear deep dark garnet. Notes of mixed black fruits and their liqueurs; damp earth, pipe tobacco, sage, bay leaf, cardamom, hints of dried meat and teriyaki. Full body, seamless, nice balance. Outstanding.
