Saturday, October 28, 2023 - Benefited from a 4 hour decant.

Mild spice & liquorice on the palate and nose, but gentle too. Rather refined and cultured, in no way brash.

Eminently drinkable, it feels like a fine expression of the region. Enjoyable. Good.
