Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Attractive and interesting yellow wine nose displaying generous dry yellow fruit nose, dry apricot and yellow peach, dry orange peel, strong honey, anise, petrol and iron mineral. Orazio mentions strong Chamomile which is a great description. Very good concentration, generous dry yellow fruit, rich, sweet and warm, medium acidity, iron mineral, and a long sweet dry yellow fruit driven finish. This is an interesting and tasty wine.
